The step down into the bedroom, which could use a warning sign. there were steps going up to the bathroom and bedroom, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

I recently stayed at Gite in Sourdeval for a few days and it was absolutely perfect. The location is great, right in the center of town but still peaceful and quiet. The owners are incredibly friendly and take great pride in their house and garden. It was a lovely touch to find fresh flowers from the garden on our breakfast box. The gite itself had everything we needed and was clean, fresh, and comfortable. I highly recommend it for couples looking for a cozy getaway.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a warm and homely vibe that instantly made me feel at ease. The private bathroom was a great addition, complete with a refreshing shower. I also appreciated the option to clean the accommodation myself, giving me the flexibility to manage things my way.

Personally, I found the shower pressure a bit lacking, but I understand that others may still find it sufficient for their needs.

This comfortable gite is situated in a fantastic location, right in the heart of a charming Normandy town. Within a few minutes' walk, you can easily access the market on Tuesdays and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the centre. Being next to the church, you can always keep track of time with the chiming bells. the hosts are friendly and the rooms are well-presented and clean.

The only minor drawback is that there are steps leading up to the bathroom and bedroom, which may pose a challenge for individuals with mobility issues.
